Please tell us the piano model if possible, the type (concert grand, grand, baby grand, antique upright, full upright, console, studio, or spinet), and send us photos to give us a clear idea of the project's scale. If you think our crews will need to navigate any stairs, uneven floors, tricky room layouts, or inclines, please tell us this too. If your piano has to travel in an elevator at any point, please do ensure it will fit through the opening!

Do bear in mind that generally, pianos require professional retuning after they have been moved. Hawthorne Movers cannot be held liable for loss of tune due to relocating your instrument.
